Holistic Clinical Nutritionist

Laura is a degree-qualified nutritionist and yoga teacher. She studied at the University of Otago, gaining a Bachelor of Applied Science in Sport and Exercise Nutrition in 2014.

Since then, she's worked across various roles in health and wellness from being a personal trainer to supplements, to now having been working as a practitioner with clients 1-on-1 for 5 years.

Oh how the wellness industry has changed in the last 10 years! It’s been incredible to see the evolution and she’s loved every moment of being a part of this dynamic industry!

Qualifications;

  • Bachelor of Applied Science in Sports and Exercise Nutrition from the University of Otago, NZ

  • Precision Nutrition Health Coaching Cert 1

  • 350hrs+ of yoga teacher training with Nikki Ralston of of The Ralston Method in Auckland, New Zealand

Laura is passionate about inspiring people to take control over their own health. She believes that food is medicine and our body has the incredible ability to heal, no matter what’s going on, we just need to feed it the right food, thoughts and movement.

She loves to surf, drink coffee and enjoys a leisurely brunch! Alongside nutrition and health, Laura is also a big advocate for the environment
