Between client and Laura Hett of Wildr Wellness
Appointments must be rescheduled at least 48 hours prior otherwise client will be charged or appointment taken from programme (if appointments are pre-paid). Allowances made for extenuating circumstances (I am human but this is my livelihood so please be courteous).
For an ad-hoc nutrition programme, once the client feels like they’re are ready to finish up - they must complete one final follow up phone call (with cost of $65) which gives Laura a chance to tidy up any loose ends with supplements, recommendations and a chance for feedback. Laura has found that this is an important part of the journey - closure in a way! (This does not apply for any nutrition programmes with pre-defined time length).
Any concerns about recommendations and progress - please let Laura know as soon as possible! That was she can address any concerns and help you stay on track.
It will be taken that I have your agreement by your action of going ahead with your initial consultation. Please let me know if you have any questions or need clarification.
